Most recently he was a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, leading their US Retail and Consumer Advisory Practice after their acquisition of PRTM, where Bob had been a senior partner and member of the leadership team.

He has over 20 years of international company leadership experience within the retail, service chains, real estate, healthcare, health and fitness, finance, digital, and private equity industries. His key focus areas include business strategy, general management, corporate finance, and business development. Ethan is Managing Partner of Brand Paradigm and works from Denver and San Francisco. Ethan has worked in a range of industries including financial services, retail, technology, entertainment, sports marketing, consumer goods, professional services, food and beverage, biotechnology and healthcare. His focus is on brand strategy, marketing strategy, new product innovation, strategy execution and organization. Prior to founding Brand Paradigm, Ethan was a senior engagement manager with Edgar, Dunn & Company, and worked in corporate planning and finance for E&J Gallo Winery, where he was heavily involved in the company’s successful expansion into the high-priced wine category with the Gallo of Sonoma, Turning Leaf, and Rancho Zabaco brands.
Merrill is President and Chief Executive Officer of China Strategies/CSSL Group, a China-business consulting firm. He founded China Strategies in 2001 to assist US clients entering, operating and investing in China. A recognized expert on foreign-business-in China, Merrill focuses on sourcing, supply chain operations, product development, market launch and acquisition practices leveraging Asia market based advantages.
