  • Automotive Manufacturer
    Several strategic distribution network design projects in North America and Europe.  Implemented forecasting and inventory optimization technology for EMEA parts and accessories.  Executed inventory target process for North American finished units as a monthly service.

  • Fire & Safety Manufacturer
    Implemented SIOP process including demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment planning, reporting, and performance metrics. Continue to provide ongoing BPO expertise to the planning organization to support the underlying planning system and related processes.

  • Printing & Packaging

    Helped identify and fix service issues that spanned multiple plants in the largest segment of their business improving OTIF from 75% to 98%. Identified bottlenecks, understood how much capacity was already committed in their schedules, and modified their existing booking process that was overcommitting available capacity.  Built a suitable planning process to provide crewing models aligned to expected demand that helped them sustain high service even in a growth environment.

  • Equipment Manufacturer

    Analyzed new, large, automated paint system for assembly parts to determine root causes for underperformance to meet design requirements. Created a simulation model to identify bottlenecks and validate design changes.  Ongoing application of simulation model to validate system against projected volume and product mix.

  • Transportation 3PL Provider

    Assisted in software selection, implementation, and transportation network design engineering for final mile route optimization for a major division of a billion-dollar transportation 3PL provider.  The solution leveraged advanced planning and optimization technologies to calculate daily routes that improved service delivery, cost effectiveness of transportation strategies, and process control for the end customer.
